PROJECT INFORMATION
Archello is a platform that inspires architects and designers worldwide with the latest design trends and innovations. Archello magazine is a printed publication that features the best projects from the platform, showcasing inspiring designs and encouraging the creation of living spaces that combine aesthetic excellence with longevity.
The main goals of the catalog were:
- to showcase projects in a visually stunning and engaging way, inspiring architects and designers;
- to create a catalog that not only inspires but also informs and educates the reader on the latest design trends and innovations;
- to increase Archello's brand awareness and reach by distributing the catalog to design professionals and enthusiasts at industry events and offices.
Challenges:
- Creating a catalog that stands out in a crowded market of design and architecture publications.
- Ensuring the catalog design accurately reflects Archello's brand identity and mission while also appealing to a diverse audience of design professionals and enthusiasts.
Using the two brand colors of red and black in the catalog layout was a strategic decision that helped to maintain consistency with the brand identity, create a bold and striking design, and reinforce the message of modern sophistication and design excellence.
Since Archello is an online platform, it was decided to create a connection to the site in the form of a QR code for each project. This helped to increase engagement with the platform and attract new users, while also providing an integrated experience between the printed catalog and the online platform.
To make the catalog easy to read and navigate, I establish a clear visual hierarchy using design elements such as size, color, and contrast to differentiate between headlines, introduction to the article, body copy, and data about each product. This ensures that readers can easily find the information they are looking for.
